CANDACE BAILEY, Principal 

Candace Bailey has resided in Las Vegas for over 7 years and has been actively involved in both the Hotel/Gaming industry and also the Real Estate market.  She gained valueable expertise in various departments within the Hotel Division at the Venetian Casino Resort in Las Vegas and later became the properties Director of Public Relations. 

After becoming an active investor in several real estate markets throughout the U.S., Ms. Bailey secured real estate licenses in Nevada, California and Arizona and ultimately opened RE/Max Properties in Las Vegas as the owner.  Re/Max properties is a full service real estate and property management company that specializes in the luxury residential market. 

Ms. Bailey has a Bachelors of Science degree in from the University of Alabama in Hotel and Restaurant Management, a Master of the Arts from the University of Alabama in Advertising and Public Relations, and an extended MBA from Harvard University. 

 

DANIEL SHUMNY, VP Marketing 

During his 28 years of major resort development and marketing experience in Las Vegas, Mr. Shumny held key executive positions with Hilton Nevada Corporattion, MGM Grand and Golden Nugget.  Additionally, he completed successful consulting assignments for start up hotel/casino projects in Canada, Mississippi, Colorado and Iowa.  Business development and tourism marketing are his specialties with a hands-on working knowledge of global and internet channel distribution systems, customer communications, advertising, direct marketing and resource management.  With strong and unique personal relationships throughout the travel industry, Mr. Shumny has helped to successfully launch Luxury Suites International as a premier player in this unique niche of property management and tourism marketing.

 

Geoff Martin, Director of Hotel Operations

Geoff has been working on the Las Vegas Strip for over 11 years.  His career began at the Front Desk of The Mirage before joining the opening Front Desk team of The Bellagio in 1998. Soon after the Bellagio opened he was recruited by The Venetian to assist as a Founding Front Desk Manager.  Geoff gained invaluable knowledge in his 9 years of employment with The Venetian that saw him manage the VIP Lounge at both The Venetian and Palazzo resorts and assist with the grand opening of The Venetian Macao, the world’s largest Casino, in 2007.   Geoff’s attention to detail served him well while assisting Head’s of State, celebrities, Fortune 500 CEO’s, meeting planners and the well traveled leisure guests.
