Q: What is Luxury Suites International?
A: LSI is a property management and hospitality marketing company that contracts with individual property owners to manage their units and provides specialized marketing programs to travelers on a worldwide basis for daily, weekly and monthly stays.
Q: Are your properties residential units?
A: Although all of our units are owned by individuals, they usually include residential amenities such as kitchens and appliances. LSI maintains and services these units in a premium hotel quality condition and environment, suitable for luxury travelers. Please visit the specific property page our our website for detailed information regarding the amenities provided at each property and each unit.
Q: Where will my room be located?
A: Your accommodations will be located in the property that you reserved. Although we strive to fulfill all special requests, regarding floor, view, location, adjoining or connecting rooms, and accessibility, those requests cannot be guaranteed in advance and are subject to space availability. In some cases, specific floors and views may be confirmed in advance and may be subject to additional charges. Q: When will I get a reservation confirmation?
A: Upon completion of your successful booking transaction on our website which will require full prepayment, you will receive an email confirmation statement and receipt within 48 hours.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: A $25 fee for cancellations/revisions made more than 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours forfeit full prepayment. SEE TERMS/CONDITIONS ON LSI WEBSITE FOR COMPLETE POLICIES. The credit card submitted will be charged for all room/tax and resort fees for entire length of stay at time of booking. Q: Is it possible to book groups?
A: Yes, Luxury Suites International has a dedicated staff of group specialists to assist with with groups of all types. Special pricing may apply for groups of 10 rooms or more. Please call our Sales office for more information at (877) LSI-INTL, (877-574-4685) or (702) 310-3737.
