The Signature at MGM Grand (nightly stays)
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. Late check outs may be available on the day of your departure, but will be subject to additional room and tax charges. If you will be departing later in the day, you may check your luggage with the Signature at MGM Bell Desk. If you would like to stay in your suite after 11 a.m., you may request a late checkout by contacting Luxury Suites International at (877) LSI-INTL (574-4685) or (702) 310-3737. Late check outs are subject to availability. Additional charges will apply.
- All check ins take place in The Signature lobby. Suite keys will be provided at check in. For room charging privileges, you will be required to present a valid credit card upon your arrival for the front desk to authorize. You will not be checked into your suite until an incidental deposit is given. The front desk will authorize a hold on your credit card for the length of your stay. Please contact The Signature Front Desk for details at 702-797-6000.
- All reservations will be inputted into The Signature reservation system the night prior to a guest’s arrival. To confirm, cancel or change a reservation at any time, please contact Luxury Suites International at 702-310-3737.
- The credit card submitted for payment will be charged for all room and tax and resort fees for the entire length of stay, when confirming your reservation. A $25 fee will be applied for any cancellation or revision made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date (by 5PM Pacific Standard Time 2 days prior to arrival date). Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival date will forfeit full prepayment. Cancellations are not valid if left on a voicemail, sent by email or left with a third party. All cancellations must be made directly on LSI website or called into LSI offices at 877-574-4685 or 702-310-3737.
- Non-Refundable reservations will not be refunded for any reason unless LSI is unable to provide accommodations to guest.
- LSI provides housekeeping services between the hours of 9 a.m.-4 p.m. daily. Please ensure the Do Not Disturb is not lit during these hours to allow Housekeeping to enter your suite and clean daily. Any housekeeping requests afterhours, such as additional blankets, towels, hair dryer, sheets, amenities, etc. will be responded to the following day during regular housekeeping hours.
- All housekeeping, maintenance, late check out, early arrival, extending stay, billing and other requests must be called into LSI during Business hours of 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. daily at 702-310-3737. If it is an emergency situation please follow instructions on outgoing message to reach after hours management.
- Changes, revisions, or cancellations to arrival/departure dates made AFTER the check-in date are subject to forfeiture of full prepayments made. There are NO refunds for early departure, cancellation, or any unused nights after check-in. Requests for additional rooms after arrival date require completely new reservations and full prepayment prior to confirmation. Additional rooms will be confirmed on a strictly space available basis at the time of request.
- All reservation requests must contain the complete first and last name and full address of the adult who will actually occupy the room.
- IN ORDER TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION, OCCUPANT MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
- Valid identification will be requested at check-in matching the name in which the reservation was made. Third party reservations will not be honored.
- All room rates shown are based on single or double occupancy only. A $15 charge per person is required for triple and quad occupancy regardless of age. No more that 4 adults are allowed to occupy any individual unit.
- Bed types, suite types, suite location & view, as well as other special requests are noted at time of reservation, but cannot be guaranteed. All special requests will be honored on a space-available basis only.
- The registered guest is responsible for the condition of the room upon check-out. Any broken, damaged or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file for repair or replacement and any violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.
- Please note that any change in the length of stay or the arrival/departure dates of your reservation may result in a room rate change. All change requests are based on the prevailing rates and availability at the time the request is made.
- Room rates may change daily and are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
- Room rates quoted and displayed are for room charges only. These rates do not include any additional charges that may be incurred during your stay, such as room service, pay per view movies, additional housekeeping services and other similar charges. A credit card will be requested at check-in to guarantee and pay for incidental charges made while a registered guest.
- Please note that a 12% room tax and a $20 per day resort fee is added to the confirmed daily rate.
- Confirmed and pre-paid reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. of the day following the confirmed arrival date. If the reservation in not canceled and the guest is a “no-show”, full pre-payments made will not be refunded and the reservation will be cancelled.

- After confirmation of your booking, a confirmation page with your identification number will be sent to you, followed by a confirmation email. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check the Spam (or Junk) folder in your email inbox to ensure that your confirmation email was not auto-filtered to that folder. Additionally, you may want to add LSI to your “allowed” senders list so that we can send you confirmation emails and information regarding your future departures. If you don't receive your confirmation email, please contact LSI directly. While we make every effort to have our servers accessible at all times there may be periods of time where the server is unavailable or due to internet connectivity issues, it is the registered guest’s responsibility to call us at (702) 310-3737 with any changes, cancellations or revisions to your reservations, or if you need access to your reservations. Any change which was not made due to server or internet connectivity issues will still be handled in accordance with the cancellation and change policy set forth above.
- Luxury Suites International is a booking company confirming vacation rentals on behalf of the individual unit owners. We do not make representation for the property, its condition, services or any other manner of the property. Luxury Suites International does not inspect the properties nor make any representations as to what amenities may be available. All properties booked by LSI are located within the larger communities of Las Vegas, Henderson or surrounding areas. As with all areas there are hazardous, there may be existing conditions, including but not limited to, swimming pools, play areas, parking garages, clubhouses, common areas, parks, sidewalks, and areas operated by other third parties. LSI specifically disclaims any warranty of fitness or warranty of quiet enjoyment and Customer accepts that LSI is not warranting that the property is free from any particular or general hazards and that Customer is accepting the risks inherent with booking in a particular area and with the amenities, third parties or surroundings of the property and holds LSI harmless from any liability as a result of any failure thereof.
- All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Specific charges will apply for violations of these policies.
Palms Place at Palms Casino Resort (nightly stays)

- The Palms Place Front Desk will charge guests a $1 a day phone usage fee for local calls. This fee is mandatory.
- The credit card submitted for payment will be charged the first night’s room and tax by Palms Place and a $20 booking fee by Luxury Suites International. All cancellations must be made directly on LSI website or called into LSI offices at 877-574-4685 or 702-310-3737 at least 72 hours prior to arrival during normal business hours of Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Pacific (Offices are closed during all Holidays). Cancellations called into the Palms Place directly, left on voicemail, emailed or delivered in any other manner then speaking to a Luxury Suites International employee during business hours will not be accepted and the guest will forfeit deposit. All no-show guests and guests wishing to cancel or modify reservations within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the first night’s deposit and the $20 booking fee. The $20 booking fee is non-refundable regardless of when reservation is cancelled.
- All housekeeping, maintenance, late check-out requests, view requests, floor requests, and additional bedding requests are handled by Palms Place Front Desk staff.
- The Sofa bed can be made up in all Studio and One bedroom suites at no additional charge. A roll a way bed can be ordered through the front desk at a rate of $50 and based on availability. 3rd and 4th person charged due apply ($50 additional per person per day for 3rd and 4th guest).

Guests will be responsible for late fees if rent is paid later than the 1st regardless of the day the 1st should fall on. If tenant mails the rent, the postmark must be on the 1st or prior. Please label all cashier checks or money orders with the address: Luxury Suites International ATTN: Accounts Payable 6620 S. Tenaya Way, Ste. 120, Las Vegas, NV 89113. Rent payments may be mailed but must be received by the 1st of the month in order to avoid late fees.
- If late, guests will pay a charge of 10% of monthly rent, in addition to a legal fee plus $10 per day for each day that rent is late. If guests are late with rental payments twice in a six-month period, the late fee shall automatically increase to 15% of monthly rent, plus legal fee, plus $10 per day for each and every day rent is late. All late charges plus a $50.00 dishonored check charge will be charged for all returned checks.
- A $69 nonrefundable renters insurance is required for monthly rentals and is nonrefundable. The insurance covers guests for up to $3,000 of damages within the studio and one bedroom suite. Higher premiums are required for guests renting for more than six months or guest renting penthouse suites.

- Electric, gas, water, trash, cable with premium movie channels, local phone and unlimited high speed wireless internet (must bring personal laptop) is included.

- Guests will not assign, sublet or transfer his or her interest, nor any part thereof, without prior written consent from Luxury Suites International. Nor shall guests commit waste, excessive noise or create a nuisance in, on or about the premises or other unreasonable disturbances to others.

- Studio suites do not include a washer and dryer. A Laundromat is located within walking distance to Palms Place and a laundry service is available to long-term guests which charges by the pound. One Bedroom Suites do have a washer and dryer in the unit.
- Studio and One Bedroom Suites are equipped with kitchenettes to include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and utensils. There are no ovens in any of the units.

- The $200 per month resort fee is included in the monthly rental rate. The resort fee includes daily housekeeping, nightly turndown service (by request), access to pool and workout facilities, phone (local and 800 numbers), power, cable, water and high speed wireless and wired Internet, a daily newspaper, two coffee pods per day and two bottles of water per day. Guests can access the spa at Vdara for $25 per day and may pay at the hotel.

- Deluxe suites do not include a washer and dryer, all other suites have a washer and dryer unit in the suite. Guests in a deluxe suite may be issued a key to the owner laundry facility on property upon request and can pick up the key at the Vdara Front Desk.
- Suites are equipped with kitchenettes to include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, cookware and utensils. Ovens are not installed in the suites.
- After confirmation of your booking, a confirmation page with your identification number will be sent to you, followed by a confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail, please check the Spam (or Junk) folder in your email inbox to ensure that your confirmation email was not auto-filtered to that folder. Additionally, you may want to add LSI to your “allowed” senders list so that we can send you confirmation emails and information regarding your future departures. If you don't receive your confirmation e-mail, please contact LSI directly. While we make every effort to have our servers accessible at all times there may be periods of time where the server is unavailable or due to internet connectivity issues, it is the registered guest’s responsibility to call us at 702-310-3737 with any changes, cancellations or revisions to your reservations, or if you need access to your reservations. Any change which was not made due to server or internet connectivity issues will still be handled in accordance with the cancellation and change policy set forth above.
- Luxury Suites International is a booking company confirming vacation rentals on behalf of Vdara. We do not make representation for the property, its condition, services or any other manner of the property. Luxury Suites International does not inspect the properties nor make any representations as to what amenities may be available. All properties booked by LSI are located within the larger communities of Las Vegas, Henderson or surrounding areas. As with all areas there are hazardous, there may be existing conditions, including but not limited to, swimming pools, play areas, parking garages, clubhouses, common areas, parks, sidewalks, and areas operated by other third parties. LSI specifically disclaims any warranty of fitness or warranty of quiet enjoyment and the customer accepts that LSI is not warranting that the property is free from any particular or general hazards and that the customer is accepting the risks inherent with booking in a particular area and with the amenities, third parties or surroundings of the property and holds LSI harmless from any liability as a result of any failure thereof.
- LSI acts only as the agent for the lessor performing only under the lessor’s direction and decisions. LSI has the right to perform all legal acts on behalf of the owner pertaining to evictions.
- Domestic pets are allowed but cannot exceed 80 pounds and must be approved by Luxury Suites International. A pet deposit will apply; call LSI for details at 702-310-3737.
- All units are non-smoking. Specific charges will apply for violations of these policies.
