For cocktails, The Lounge is an intimate bar in the Tower 1 lobby where guests can relax and enjoy conversation, a cup of coffee or a drink. Daily specials are offered exclusively for Signature guests.
Starbucks is located in Tower 1.
TOWER 2
Located in the lobby of Tower 2, DELIGHTS is a gourmet deli serving breakfast and lunch specialties. Grab a bite to go or enjoy a meal indoors or on out on the terrace overlooking the pool.
PARKING
LSI RESORTS @ THE SIGNATURE
Valet parking is included in your resort fee for one vehicle per suite and is available on a first come, first served basis. Valet parking can be full from time to time and overflow parking is available at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Oversized vehicles and additional vehicles are welcome to park at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino as well.
Housekeeping

Your suite is professionally cleaned by housekeeping prior to your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in your rate however housekeeping will be happy to deliver additional items like towels, toiletries etc. upon request and at an additional fee. Please contact 877-574-4685 for additional housekeeping services daily between 9a-4p- Items can be delivered while housekeeping is on property from 10a-3p daily.

The units offered for rental through LSI Resorts are hotel-condominium units owned by individuals. The rental of these units is not handled by The Signature Condominiums, LLC, which is the company that manages the shared access and amenity areas of The Signature at MGM Grand property.
